This app does not work at all, and I mean it just does absolutely nothing

You take a photo and nothing happens, none of the menus are able to be pressed. Wish it worked cause it seems like it would be awesome

Tried with 2 different rocks/ crystals and after the photo was taken nothing happened. It went back to the main screen and did nothing.

I swipe, click, refresh but I can’t go to any place but the photo when I took the picture it took me back to my dashboard and it was my first day

So far, without the ability to confirm the readings and the accuracy of any of these results, the ability for the app to maintain consistent numbers as I go about extracting minerals, and cleaning some things up, it seems to all fall perfectly in line, and once I get some results that can confirm the accuracy of these numbers from this app I will. But until then, this has been so far an awesome app!

#too good to be true.
I was so intrigued to get this app with all the great qualities it portrayed. But when I decided to download it, it wasn’t as favorable as I had expected.
It kept giving me like 50+ results for the pictures I took so I had no idea which rock it actually was. So then I started taking pictures of rocks that I had already figured out the name of, and the results were so far off.
All the answers that this app gave me were invalid.
#Incorrectly identified just about all of my rocks.

Cool, but specific…
Just so everyone knows, it doesn’t directly tell you what rock it is, but instead lists the different minerals contained. Awesome for specific jobs, and the added percentages of each mineral is nice. However, if you need to specifically know exactly what the rock is… not as good. Cool though!!
Terrible!
First try, a large (fake) turquoise. App hung up when I tried to take photo. User interface confusing; can’t figure out what icons mean.

Questionable
No two identical identifications of known minerals. Does not actually identify mineral. Uses random mineral makeups with questionable content percentages. Not in anyway accurate for identifying much of anything.
0% accuracy…
Complete waste of time to identify rocks or crystals. Literally couldn’t even identify quartz…
The crash app
To upload 1 stone it crashes 5+times. I really would like to help to improve the knowledge in the app, but this one is just a crashing app.

Can’t identify the most obvious rocks
This app has only correctly identified 2 rocks/gemstones I have submitted. I have tested it over and over with known identification and it can’t recognize the most obvious ones. Guess you get what you pay for with this app
Rubbish
Search for pyrite and only argentopyrite is displayed. Nothing seems to work on iPhone 15 with iOS 17.

Tried to identify a stone, camera worked but that was all…uninstalled.

Pretty decent app for what it is. The only “slight” improvements that would make the app much better would be a larger data base and if possible making the camera more focused in close distances (my camera itself is just fine).
