The founder of this app recently posted a job on LinkedIn and requested applicants to download and analyze the app as part of the assessment process. However, after investing time and effort into creating a detailed analysis, the founder failed to respond or provide any feedback. This appears to be a common occurrence among other applicants as well. It seems that the company never intended to hire for the advertised role; instead, it was a deceptive tactic to boost app downloads.
The founder should show respect for people's time and consider the potential consequences of being perceived as untrustworthy. When someone feels scammed or deceived, they tend to share their experiences with others. I plan to inform my network and caution them against using this app.
