Unable to cash out
Been waiting few weeks for my withdraws to process and now unable to cash out high minimum withdrawal amounts. Please avoid this app wasted money on their miners is a scam

They will not respond to any emails or other customer support they have. They decreased my earning. And will not let me get my pending withdraws. SCAM.

It seems good at first, but then they start to decrease how much you earn per mining cycle. Now, I make a max of 2/3 of a cent a day. When you purchase, they claim that you’ll make a certain amount per day, but you never will. It’s a scam, with unfair practices. Oh, and I’ve been trying to withdraw my balance for two weeks now, without success and without response from customer service. Who knows if I’ll ever be able to withdraw it. Even when I did, only two times before, they charge you for withdrawing, claiming it’s a BTC fee, which doesn’t exist. It’s the app’s fee. I’ve transferred in other apps without this fee.

Be careful before subscribing
Have an annual subscription of 199+ taxes plan from May 2026 for which they have cut down on the rewards around 90% from Jul 2026 with which cannot make even 50% of the amount spent. When contacted they are mentioning about electricity cost increase. 90% cut for the mentioned reason does not make any sense. Feeling cheated. Unable to login for today even after trying different times.

They start off great. Even let you take out your first withdrawal. But after that almost impossible to get your rewards out. Been trying for weeks now. Don’t purchase any miners. At first the rewards is what they promise. After a little while those rewards diminish to just about nothing. And now for some reason I am signed out of the app and it will not let me log back in. SCAM app for sure please do not even download.

Bought a miner and was able to withdraw once. After withdrawal I was receiving 1/4 btc daily that I was promised. Upgraded miner to larger unit which provided exact amount daily earned, but couldn’t withdraw btc since first time. Tried 4 times to withdraw but each time, no transaction even after weeks of waiting. I have submitted multiple request just to be refunded and asked to withdraw a smaller amount. I tried the smallest amount available and still no resolution.

Scam
This app is an absolute scam. They pull you in with their deals and the miners pay out at first, but once you put any real money into it the mining rate drastically drops. After that they wouldn’t approve my withdrawals and I’ve emailed them multiple times about it, it’s been two weeks and they don’t even respond anymore. Now I can’t even login to the app. Stay away from this one and don’t put your money into this.

Stopped letting me login
The app has stopped letting me login with my Apple ID and doesn’t have a link to reset a password. What’s happening here ?

I have been using them for a few months and it went well. Then it took a month to get my withdrawal. Then my mining dropped 90% now I can’t even login. Such a scam and support does not respond anymore

I treated this app as an experiment and money lost to see if it was genuine and I’m starting to question what the future will look like for me
Up until the last couple weeks it was great. I had spent about £80 and was progressing well.
I had a couple of issues early on with purchases and the support chat via WhatsApp was quick enough and resolved the issue, I had withdrawn once and it worked fine within the 48hr window.
However I am now starting to approach a point where I could start making some real money or at least the reinvestment function where you buy mining power with earned balance could mean that in the next few month I reach a decent point of power.
And now, suspiciously timed, I am starting to have issues. My second withdrawal for about £8 worth of BTC is on day 4 and counting. The free miner which: ‘Unlimited stacking: rewards accumulate infinitely’ has stopped growing (you watch and add to activate it and it gets a 0.01 increase in power) and both my messages on WhatsApp support have been read and not replied to.
It will be interesting to see if the issues get resolved. Because it would appear as I’m approaching the point at which I could start working towards earning good money the issues have started.

Miners produce less then 1% of the what they advertise. Fraud written all over it
Updated two days ago and now im unable to log in. That’s crazy. Not like anyone has been able to withdraw their bitcoin, but they just made it even more impossible by raising the minimum to .38 btc. My withdrawals have been pending for weeks. No response from customer support. Losing hope that I’m ever going to receive the service I paid for or bitcoin in my account. This developer is stealing peoples money, I don’t understand why Apple isn’t doing anything

Feels like a scam…After first few withdrawals, I am no longer able to withdraw. They said try small amount, no good. Now my min withdrawal is 0.031 BTC which will take awhile.

do not download this they stopped processing you're just mining for them now they will not send you your money. I have two withdrawals processing since August 6 then it is now the 25th. They are scammers. Do not send any money to these people.
