Not even playable now
I tried to play Minesweeper for the first time in a while today. I used to love this game, but it’s not even playable anymore! Just a few seconds in, pop-up comes over the whole screen wanting me to play a different game. I don’t see any way possible to go back to the game I was playing, so I closed.. I reopened the app and started another game, only to get a different game pop-up. This one looked vaguely interesting so I tried playing it. In the middle of playing the new game I was sent to the App Store to get it. Ok, they got me. When I went into the new game I was just getting the hang of it when another new game popped up & I was unable to get out of it again! I was annoyed by this point, so once again I reopened Minesweeper & this time played a whole game. But when I tried to start another, once again they covered the screen with yet another game!
I occasionally play a game or two when I want to relax. I don’t want to play just to get frustrated & annoyed. So I’ll be looking for a different version of a Minesweeper type game.
