Cortex is a real coach now. Hints come in two steps. First a nudge: the technique to use and where on the board to look. The exact move only if you ask. Find it yourself and it counts toward mastering that technique. A debrief when a game ends: what decided it, the lesson behind it, and what to practise next time. Every finding is checked against the actual board before Cortex says a word. A curriculum of 41 techniques across the games, with your progress in each. Three hints per puzzle, so the thinking stays yours. With Apple Intelligence, Cortex explains hints and debriefs live, in his own words. On iOS 27 the debriefs can also use Apple's Private Cloud Compute. Cortex is part of Premium. Every player gets one coached hint per puzzle to meet him. He has been waiting five versions for this. He is being very gracious about it.
