About

Remember spending hours sweeping mines on that gray desktop? Minesweeper1990 is a loving, pixel-perfect tribute to the legendary logic game of the 90s — the silver bevels, the red LED counters, the yellow smiley — rebuilt for iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV and Apple Vision Pro. CLASSIC RULES, EXACTLY AS YOU REMEMBER - Beginner (9×9, 10 mines), Intermediate (16×16, 40) and Expert (30×16, 99), plus custom boards up to 30×24. - Your first tap is never a mine. - Open a blank cell and the whole area cascades open. - Flag suspected mines, cycle question marks, and "chord" on a number to clear its neighbors at once. - The LED counter tracks remaining mines (it even goes negative if you over-flag), the timer caps at 999, and the smiley reacts to every move. RETRO TO THE LAST PIXEL - Hand-drawn pixel sprites in the exact original palette. - Hard-edged 3D bevels, seven-segment LED displays, the iconic smiley button. - Optional retro sound effects and gentle haptics. MADE FOR EVERY APPLE DEVICE - Touch: tap to reveal, long-press to flag, optional Flag Mode. - Mac: left click reveals, right click flags, both buttons chord. - Apple TV: sweep from the couch with the Siri Remote or a game controller. - Apple Vision Pro: the board floats in your room as a real 3D object. AND MORE - Best times saved per difficulty, with your name on the record. - Full VoiceOver support. - Available in English, Spanish, French, Italian and Portuguese. - No ads. No subscriptions. No internet required. Just mines. One more game. You know the corner cell is safe… probably.

Fixed a crash that could occur when changing difficulty (for example, going from Intermediate back to Beginner). Thanks for playing!
