minga! is the resident app for your building or community. Manage everyday life from your phone—view open charges, pay bills, read announcements, report maintenance issues, and track facility memberships in one place. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Bills — See your balance, due dates, and payment history. Pay open charges securely from the app. • Announcements — Stay informed with updates from your building management team. • Maintenance — Report issues in shared and common areas, track status, and view updates on your requests. • Memberships — View and manage facility memberships offered by your property. • Notifications — Get alerts for important building and account updates. • Profile — Manage your account, linked units, and preferences. WHO CAN USE minga! minga! is for authorized residents only. After you download the app, sign up with email and password, Continue with Google, or Sign in with Apple. You will complete a short application with your name, property code, and unit number. A building administrator reviews and approves access before you can use resident features.
