I purchased a yearly pack. I bought a new phone and could not contact any form of support to make the app work again. Apple also will not refund due to being a 3rd party app.

Bought subscription for weekly use. Can’t get past free episodes very disappointing. If this can’t be resolved I will writing Apple App Store to let them know I have lost money. Tried to use again same problem will be reporting to App Store very disappointed

I paid over $60 for two VIP memberships and still can’t access any VIP content. The app logged me in as a guest with no way to bind my account or restore purchases. There’s no proper login system, no clear help, and no customer support response. Total scam. Avoid this app unless you want to lose your money.

Rip off
I purchased the packet for having the weekly app and it will not let me watch anything. I have to go through watching the ads in order to watch the dramas that I wanna watch. Total rip off and you can't get in touch with anybody to either get a refund or get them to fix your account.

Paid for subscription but cannot use it. Seems to have great stories - it’s a shame that I can’t view them. Don’t waste your money or time!!!!!!

I paid for the weekly VIP subscription and it says that it is active, but the app will not allow me to play any of the episodes past the free ones. I am so disappointed because there are a few shows I wanted to be able to watch. Don’t buy the VIP pass, because it literally does nothing.

I paid for the week and never got to watch anything because it keeps saying I have to pay even tho I did! Didn’t even get my money back after I filed a complaint with Apple. Total scam stay away from this app

Subscription not restoring on new phone
I paid an annual subscription that wouldn’t restore on my new phone. Now it id asking me to pay episodes to watch it! Refund my money!
Ad Watch Reward Broken
The ad watch to unlock chapters doesn’t work. The counter never changes from 0.
Failed VIP after purchase
I purchased VIP for weekly and Im charged with the amount but the videos wont open! Its expensive but its not working!!!!
New episode did not unlock
For the past one week, the app seems to not function that well. I had viewed the advertisements to view the episode for free but these episodes were not unlocked at all. I tried it multiple times to no avail, watching so many advertisements with no positive outcome.

Horrible experience paid 30 dollars to unlock shows for a week didn’t work I had to watch a commercial to unlock a free episode once I watched it it sent me back to 1st episode tried process again and same thing happens once I reached episode 11 I tried watching other showed and same thing happend. The episode should have been free for a week since I paid the 29.99 VIP to unlock all episodes for free I tried deleting app and loading again and restoring my perchase and same issue. Also once I deleted app and downloaded again the shows that I wanted to watch were gone I looked for them in the search and they didn’t appear. I WANT A REFUND!!!!!!!!!
