L’application ne marche plus on ne peut pas appuyer sur start je peux donc pas utiliser la finger dance machine

The App is connecting with the device, but in the dashboard or after starting a song it doesn’t play music at all. I’ve tried everything, but it’s still not working.

Can’t Login
My 9 year old threw away the box with the scratcher that had the account and password on it, so now we can’t use the toy without the app. This is ridiculous!!! There should be a better way to login and create an account, like email or Bluetooth. Waste of $40.

We can’t play because it asks for an account name and password to access. No instructions on how to get that. Hence the one star.

I use the iPad, iPhone and Andriod Phone. They are all stuck in the beginning screen. It shows the ‘Press to Start’ and there is no reactions when pressing any place in that screen.

Doesn’t go past “Press to Start”
As previous reviewer mentions, nothing works beyond the start screen. Loads fine, links with the machine fine, but when it comes to “Press to Start” it won’t register the finger press, rendering everything a bit useless. I’d avoid it.

It connects to Bluetooth, but once app starts up, it’s only says “press to start”. Pressing the screen does nothing. Pressing buttons on game does nothing. Game won’t start. Horrible Christmas gift and a disappointment.

Absolute rubbish Christmas present can’t play because cant get past play. Game going back to shop. Only got a star because it wouldn’t let me past star rating 👎🏻
