Game is broken(for me)
I played mini merge before the monetization and mulitplayer and they used to have an option to upgrade how much you earn, and eventually I ended up with 15.8t coins and all of my heros at level 8052 which is maxed for both… now I can’t play multiplayer because my troops one shot everything and have so much health the bar is less than half full right when I get them. I’ve had the game forever and it’s not a bad game but I wish I could get some sort of hefty reward for having everything maxed. I can literally beat every level with my unmerged guys. I want to still have maxed guys but maxed that I can still play the game. Or just make it that being maxed doesn’t break the game idk

Broken
This game used to be so fun, but now its broken. I open the game and it gets stuck on a menu that says “The tower's opened!
Something spooky's up there...” and wont let me click on anything. I’ve even deleted and reinstalled multiple times and nothing helps. Disappointing.

Cute game with some big flaws
Generally a very good game! Hampered by the fact that the arena, and all associated quests, are busted. The quest of "enter the arena" never gets satisfied no matter how many times I press "start match". What the competition even is, whether it's being compared on speed or merges or some unknown point system, is completely unexplained. If I were to find out that the "start match" button did literally nothing other than start the next floor and display a "opponent name: defeat" text in the tab, I wouldn't be surprised, cuz that's all that seems to happen.
Smaller nitpicks, the "rate us" button does nothing, there's no way I can find to get in contact to let them know about these issues, and the chain lightning sound effect sounds whether or not sound effects are turned off.
It really is a cute lil game though, and I'd happily bump up my rating if those big issues were fixed.

Great but purchases seems bugged
I love the game but I made two purchases and only got half of what listed fit the chapter bundles
Ad free purchase was useless
After buying the ad free purchase, I still have all the same ads. It was a complete waste of money.
Needs an update
Desperately needs an update to retain player base. As others have mentioned the arena function is broken making the challenges unable to be completed. I used to play every day and eventually gave up playing consistently because of the bug.
Current bug can’t play
After I get a pop up for the little pirate package I close it out I’m stuck on the final league achievement screen that’s completely white out with not exit so I’m just stuck not being able to play

Dude it's been broken for months. At this point get rid of the tab so it doesn't stop me from completing dailies or taking up room on my screen
Way Too Grindy to be Any Fun
On paper this seems like a fun game, but once you get into the meat of it, it quickly becomes obvious that any good qualities the game has are drowned out by the sheer amount of grinding you have to do in order to make progress. The enemies get stronger with each stage, requiring you to constantly level up your heroes so they don’t die within the first 10 seconds of a stage. It costs a TON of gold to keep leveling up your heroes, but the game barely gives you any unless you spend money to get more. So if you’re a F2P player, the only way to keep getting gold at a steady rate is to keep grinding on stages you’ve already beaten, except the devs even managed to screw that up because for some reason they made it so that you can only revisit the one stage that comes before the stage you’re currently on, so if you were hoping to grind on the very early stages for an easy win, you’re out of luck. Don’t even bother with this game unless you intend to spend a lot of money just to inch forward a little bit every day.

Hasn’t worked since
The last update introduceibg the tower the guy covers the window to progress the event an the game is stuck on my iPhone 15 pro max hopefully it can be fixed it was enjoyable to play not too easy and not too hard.
Broken game
This game was fun for the few weeks I was able to play it. For months now none of the characters appear during gameplay, they are just invisible which makes it literally unplayable. Every couple weeks I open up the app again to see if it’s been fixed but nope. I’m writing this review finally because today I decided to try and trouble shoot and after restarting the app I was stuck on a frozen “league reward” popup. So even when I try to give the game a chance and see if I can fix it on my own it won’t let me🙃 Also the prices of in-app purchases are laughably high, especially for a game with so many ads and seemingly zero effort to fix the game. Devs are either delusional, forgot about this game, or intentionally scamming people

Arena Fox
If you’re not going to fix the Arena issue so it can actually be played. Don’t put it in as a daily goal. It’s not our fault you can’t get your game to function properly. I’m starting to think maybe I should just delete the app and never download any app that they are apart of because you obviously don’t care about the gamers who want to play.

Purchased chapter pack and didn’t receive 1/2 of the items that were shown.
Shame on this game for promoting chapter packs and then not giving you all the items that were listed. 1/2 the gems, didn’t get any of the tower tickets, only got 30k in gold (when it showed 624k)…ridiculous
Fun game but slow to fix problems FIX THE ARENA!!!
I’ve played the game for awhile and getting new units can be fun but there’s been the arena feature for like a month and it only worked within the first week! Now it’s been 3 or so weeks and arena is still busted. It doesn’t load rivals all it does it goes to the story mode chapter. The problem with that is that there are daily goals that are arena related and you can’t get your daily/weekly prizes cause you literally can’t do all the daily objectives.

Game freezing
Every time I open up the game it freezes on the final game achievement screen. I’ve tried closing the app and restarting it and I’ve tried deleting the app and reloading it several times but it persists. Please fix this issue.
Ads ads ads ads and ad removal doesn’t actually remove most
Great game concept but game is made exhausting from the pseudo forced ads. Thus far the ads (prob 30s-1minute long) that I see:
1.) forced at the end of a mission
2.) ad for extra coins at end of mission - actually required if you want any semi meaningful progress since the coins you otherwise would get is basically nothing.
3.) ad to be able to use a super stronger unit in a mission. Useful when stuck but not necessary.
4.) ad to acquire a few different interesting skills during the RNG skill acquisition steps during a mission. Not necessarily required but a complete killjoy for the game because it limits the more fun options you can use. THIS SHOULD NOT REQUIRE AN AD. The separate skills should just be given RNG that makes them a little more rare. Forcing the player to disrupt their play through 3x (to level it up) per play through ruins this whole game mechanism for me.
I bought the ad removal pack. Guess what, it only removes the single forced ad at the end of a mission. This is really the least annoying one if anything. It SHOULD have removed ads required for the extra gold (or distribute the gold distribution such that watching the gold boost ad does not quadruple your gold intake) and it SHOULD minimally have removed the requirement for ads to choose some of the more interesting skills…which aren’t necessarily even game breaking or all OP.
Altogether, felt annoyed and scammed from buying the ad removal pack given that it basically almost nothing to remove ads.

Arena Unusable
I enjoyed this game until they added the broken arena.
Despite using the latest update, going to the arena, and entering about 10 matches with a new username and flag… It never registers that I am playing. I always lose, but it never tells me why or even how the arena is supposed to work. Never registers that I am playing at all. I even bought the fast forward pass assuming I am just too slow to win, but no. Now I always have a bunch of un-acheivable tasks in my list, because the arena is permanently busted and I am not even counted as plaing, let alone winning.

Purchases do not credit you everything!
First purchase from the store, paid for 300 gems, got 150. Paid for 5 of each keys (10 total), credited with 5. Should have been credited with 800k coins, more like 20k. Also owed 10 tower passes, credited 0. Purchases are a scam. No way to contact support to get refund or what was purchased - buyer beware!!! When you click on app support in iTunes Store, you get 503 service unavailable.
Also, no way the 10/20% knight/wizard spins actually run at those percentages. Sometimes those spins land on a winner and it says you lost. SCAM!

New arena mode
I have tried to get it to work but it looks like it just plays the normal level you are on. Also it has no instructions as to how you are supposed to win. Is it time based? Depending on how many units you use? How many merges you make? Who knows I’ve tried it 4 times while beating the level and I still lost for some reason.
