Снимают деньги, не выполнив заказ

Заказывала доставку. Исполнитель так и не нашелся, но деньги с карты были сняты. Возврат средств на карту так и не произошел, хотя заказ не был выполнен. Цены такие же как в Яндексе, но исполнителя заказа иногда так и не находит.
