La localisation GPS du véhicule devrait permettre de voir en temps réel l'emplacement du véhicule à l'arrêt. Ou faire des mises à jour plus rapprochées dans le temps.

Bonne application mais je trouve dommage que les vitres ne se remontent pas automatiquement lors du verrouillage des portes avec le smartphone
Dans la partie commande à distance il serait intéressant d ajouter un mode aération ou les vitres se baissent légèrement depuis l application très pratique l été ainsi que la commande du vélum
La partie trajet et récapitulatif est très bien faite
Cette application est vraiment aboutie

Merci pour vos commentaires. Dans la génération MINI actuelle, vous pouvez verrouiller et fermer toutes les vitres lorsque vous vous trouvez à proximité du véhicule via la « vignette de commandes » et « ouverture et fermeture confort ». Veuillez noter que cette fonctionnalité nécessite la configuration de la clé numérique.

Remote unlock is not working
I forgot my car key, the remote unlock is not working at all. I even tried other remote functions. None of them working.
Also cannot ask any service since it’s weekend.

Surprisingly bad app
Consistency in terms of poor app performance, Each time there’s an update. This last one has failed completely so I’ve no communication except charging notifications. Store says there’s an update, but it’s failing to update. Various messages including Data is unavailable or there’s a technical issue. Since 20th July nothing useful!

EV MINI
After the update I am unable to schedule a charge time for my car, says error interrupted or just won’t start charging. Asked for help and mini stated my charger wasn’t plug into wall correctly. I have two chargers one wall fast charger one slower and they both work on my tesla.
Remaining fuel litre amount removed
The update has removed display of remaining fuel amount (in litres, not percentage) that used to show in previous version. The app becomes useless while away from my hybrid model as I have to physical be in the car, switch it on and look at the gauge to check, and the gauge only shows percentage of fuel remaining, not down to litres level either. Now this feature is gone in the app update! Can this excellent away from car app feature be put back please? App developer replied the fuel level can be found under the range tile but the app update last week still doesn’t show such fuel level information in litres remaining. Please advise.

Thank you for your feedback. You can view the fuel level by tapping the range tile located below the vehicle image. We are currently working on an update that will make fuel, electric, and combined range information available directly on the main vehicle screen, providing quicker access to all relevant range details at a glance.
Good, but needs work
My main annoyance with the app at the moment is its inability to keep recording journeys. I give permission to track journeys from within my car, to find i have to repeat the process a few days later. Currently the app hasn’t tracked a journey since the end of July, car used daily! Please sort it out!!

Frustratingly average
I used the BMW app in my 128ti quite happily . Liked looking at the driving style , average mpg and comparisons with similar drivers.
That is absent from this Mini Version of the app completely , unless I am looking in the wrong bit.
My car is parked outside of my house on the drive, but the map insists it is parked at a different number . I have contacted the map developer and my house number appears on their master version but not on the Mini version.
For goodness sake update the map on the app and give us the same nuts as the Bimmer app.

Unbearably bad!
Purchased the car as I could remote on the air con to keep dogs cool or precondition the car so we don’t all overheat when returning from a walk, then in the latest mid-summer update this feature stops working. The app is terrible at the best of times but now the only feature I needed it for not working in the peak of summer has made it totally useless!
The app (and car for that matter) seem to be aimed at a 12 year old or person with the capacity of, surprise gift this, picture of the car with wheels rolling round and cartoon trees. Grow up! The car and app together are so buggy I would never buy a mini again.

Doesn’t work as before
This is a bit frustrating now! After mini/BMW changed their terms preventing octopus charge the car automatically using a smart tariff charger it very difficult to charge the car. It is very annoying turning it on and off unplugging and plugging in back but end up not being charged by the morning when needed. Despite keeping the departure time the same everyday it just doesn’t charge smoothly as before. I am thinking of changing my car now as this has become my everyday problem.

Its all about the basics
Congratulations to mini on getting such a high rating for their app and, yes, it does have some very useful features. Unfortunately it still continues to occasionally lock me out of my car when I accidentally leave my phone in the car, get out and don’t remember until I hear the car lock. Tell me Mini, how am i supposed to open my car to retrieve my phone when you have locked it inside????
16Aug- software updates continue to arrive (although mini never tell you what ‘bugs’ they have fixed …) and my car continues to lock me out or simply refuses to unlock when I approach the car. Can’t believe no one else is seeing this strange behaviour so I expect mini is still trying to fix it (whilst at the same time refusing to admit it exists !)

Feature Requests for MINI App & Countryman U25 HUD
I really like the MINI App and my MINI Countryman U25, but I hope MINI can consider adding a few useful features in future updates.
First, it would be great if the MINI App could allow owners to remotely check whether all the car windows are fully closed. It would also be very useful to have the option to remotely close all windows through the app. Sometimes after leaving the car, I’m not sure if I have closed every window properly, so being able to check the status of each window and close them remotely would make the app much more convenient.
Also, for the MINI Countryman U25, I hope MINI can add turn signal indicators to the Head-Up Display (HUD). Since important driving information is already shown on the HUD, displaying the left and right turn signals there as well would make it easier for the driver to confirm that the indicators are activated without looking down at the dashboard.
These would be very practical improvements and would make the overall MINI driving and app experience even better. I hope MINI can consider adding them in future software updates.

Thank you for your feedback. It helps us to continuously improve the MINI App. The window state can be checked by clicking on the "status tile" on the left side just below your MINI. All other feedback has been noted and forwarded to our development team for further review.
Charging slots move
Don’t expect to have a charged car. If you’re with octopus and you set a leave time for the car to be charged, the mini app will move the time and you have no charge in the morning as it generally moves to the following day.
