Poor app how does it get such a high rating AI @BMW??
I genuinely believe that this app has potential to provide useful information. But it provides things that aren’t much use, eg. how economically you drive versus other users, so what and who cares!! How much time it’s been in green mode or coasting - come on!and it seems to continually require resets. There is so little useful information that I’ve decided to abandon using it.

Delete Locations Sent
Your assistant is useless. I can’t delete location but I can copy them - wonderful! How on earth do i delete locations I have sent? Crazy that this is so difficult. There is no edit so don’t tell me to go to edit. Pathetic system.

Great BUT..
I miss the seasonal app themes I feel like we’ve not had a new one this year. LOVE the Halloween theme I wish we could keep themes forever not have them disappear once they’re removed like the pride one etc

Updates badly designed
The app itself used to be great but I’m fed up with updates wiping out my own presets such as shortcuts. The latest update is full of bugs which cause other parts of the I car features to malfunction. Please fix asap

Every time the app gets updated something doesn’t work. This time when I plug my car into the charger it gets stuck on initialising. I have to unlock the cable and reinsert and then hope it works! Why do you keep mucking it up. It’s seriously putting me off this car or recommending it to anyone.

Expensive charging
Mini have stopped allowing the energy providers to control the charge. Now charging is completely random you have no control and frankly it ends up costing far more because you are forced to fast charge at peak times.
I would truely love to disable the mini control of charging but can’t.
Really awful, massively infuriating.
