About

minibike answers one question fast: where's the nearest Citi Bike e-bike? Open it and the three closest stations are already on screen — live e-bike and classic bike counts, distance, and walk time. Switch to Drop off to see open docks near your destination. Tap a station for walking directions, or pull down to refresh. WHY IT'S FASTER - The three nearest stations, nothing to tap through - A Home Screen widget with the nearest e-bikes, updated automatically — most days you never open the app - Scan to ride: point it at a bike's QR sticker and it opens straight in the Citi Bike app DOCK COUNTS YOU CAN TRUST Station feeds sometimes report more open docks than a station can actually hold. minibike cross-checks every count against station capacity and shows the conservative number — with a MAY BE FULL tag when it's tight, and LOW E-BIKES or MAY BE EMPTY tags when supplies run thin. A thin count should never be a surprise at the curb. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, no sign-up, no tracking. Your location never leaves your phone — everything is computed on the device from the official public Citi Bike station feed (GBFS). Light and dark themes included. minibike is an independent companion app and is not affiliated with Lyft or Citi Bike. Made for New Yorkers who just want to grab a bike and go.
