Widget CarPlay
Très satisfait de MiniMed Mobile, mais il manque une fonctionnalité essentielle : l’affichage de la glycémie sur Apple CarPlay.
Je ne demande pas de pouvoir commander la pompe depuis le téléphone ou depuis CarPlay. Un simple widget affichant la glycémie actuelle et la flèche de tendance sur le tableau de bord serait déjà très utile.
Aujourd’hui, en conduisant, il faut quitter la route des yeux pour regarder sa glycémie sur la pompe. Un affichage permanent sur CarPlay améliorerait réellement la sécurité des conducteurs diabétiques.
Merci à Medtronic de considérer cette évolution.

Massive battery drain
Constantly draining my battery every day despite being in range all day. Piece of junk. Medtronic problem as no other app has this problem so not a phone issue.

App is unreliable to the point the core use of the app to connect to the pump is broken. This app is useless. Now when i go to diabetic appointments at the hospital, they don’t even ask about this app to get access to the data, it’s a waste of time.

Will not pair up. For a hospital grade machine I have been having problems since the cgm 3 was deleted. This both pump and cgm 4 looks like are so far behind. We’re is the touch screen. Been the same boring little black box. That keeps blowing up.

An sich tut die App was sie soll, übermittelt die Daten der Pumpe, ans Handy und an "Follower".
Aber warum hat die App bei mir eine Datengröße von 2GB!? Ich finde nichts zu dem Problem. Auch eine Neuinstallation hat nicht geholfen.

À revoir…
Application plus que moyenne. Il faut faire plusieurs fois une demande d’appareillage pour que ça fonctionne bien… L’appli n’est pas super intuitif, compliqué de suivre les glycémies. On gagne du temps à regarder sur la pompe mais ce n’est pas toujours pratique surtout quand on est à l’exterieur. Il y a bcp de progrès à faire en terme de fonctionnalité avant de pouvoir donner une meilleure note….

Manque de rapport hebdomadaire
Sous pompe Medtronic depuis plus 2016. Je regrette depuis de ne pas avoir plus de données disponibles dans l application Medtronic Minimed Mobile.
Quel dommage de n’avoir accès qu’à une journée de données.
Avoir ne serait-ce qu’une semaine ou deux apporterai de quoi ajuster le traitement bien plus souvent.
Les fréquentes mises à jour,
problèmes de connexion entre pompe , téléphone et ordi,
font que je n ajuste pas assez souvent mes traitements
Une fois tous les 6 mois… dommage.

Good but not frequently enough
The app is good but isn’t updated frequently enough to account for new iOS or hardware releases. I’ve had my new iPhone since October and as of writing this (May), the app has never worked. It’s disappointing as I rely on the app to upload data to my healthcare team.

Tres belle amelioration de convivialité. Un seul problème en génération des rapports sur IPhone car on récupère un stream de data illisible.
Extremely unreliable
Extremely unreliable. App worked for a while then one day refused to load. I uninstalled then reinstalled, which is a huge amount of work. It worked for a while, then one day refused to load. Again. Except this time after I uninstalled and reinstalled,it refuses to recognise my password and log-in name. Thank GOD I can operate my pump on its screen and am not reliant on an app or I would be in serious medical trouble.

Peut mieux faire
Dans l'ensemble ça fonctionne (en tout cas mieux que la fiabilité des capteurs 😉) dommage que le widget avec le liquid glass soit illisible. Un widget sur l'écran de verrouillage serait un plus

Un outil complémentaire indispensable
Je l’utilise depuis plus d’un an, et franchement aucun commentaire si ce n’est que tout fonctionne bien.

UIがわかりづらい。操作性が悪い。市場が広くないせいか、改善の意思を感じられない。
Bluetooth接続の不具合、勝手なログアウト、ケアリンクの方と同期されない等々、一つひとつの問題は大きくないかもしれないが、ポンプ治療をする上で当社製品がほぼ唯一の選択肢であるのに、この完成度で放置されるのは困る。
ただでさえ治療が負担なのに、余計なストレスを増やさないでほしい。

No iOS update news
The app itself I’ve never had any issues with it personally until upgrading my phone and software to the latest iOS 26. The app now will not operate or open as there has been no software update for the new iOS since around the 15th of September. I’d love to find out when this is going to be fixed as my phone is mostly where I look at my levels as it is more convenient and easier but cannot do so as the app is no longer compatible.

Schwache enttäuschende App
Bis auf dass man kurz mal einen Blick auf den Blutzucker werfen kann und was für ein aktives Insulin läuft und welche Bolusgaben man gegeben hat, kann man leider nichts machen. Es wäre wünschenswert Meldungen/Alarme auch über die App ausmachen zu können. Stattdessen muss man immer an die Pumpe ran und ich störe den Schlaf meiner Tochter und muss extra nachts aufstehen. Eine Bedienung der Pumpe durch die App wäre so toll. Eine Freundin hat die ypsopump bei ihrer Tochter und muss nie an die Pumpe ran. Gerade für Eltern die das Diabetesmanagement bei ihren Kindern übernehmen müssen wäre eine Steuerung über die App essenziell oder zumindest die Alarme ausmachen zu können. Dann bricht so oft die Verbindung ab. Gerade sehr enttäuschend. Bin mir gerade nicht sicher ob wir uns da für die richtige Pumpe entschieden haben. Gar nicht zu sprechen von den ständigen Sensorproblemen und dass der Simplera einfach nicht verfügbar ist. 🙄😓
