Non-functioning purchase button

As a student pilot still learning about weather and all that, I’m sure this app would be great to use, except I’m feature limited because the purchase button doesn’t work when I try to select a subscription plan. I guess they don’t really want my money? I’m on an iPad Pro.

Almost Perfect

I love this! Very visual way to display your minimums. The only thing it lacks is an option for a personal/custom minimum in the checklist section. Something I can write for my personal visibility minimum on night for approaches. Great job!

Great design, missing a lot of airports

Probably a backend API issue, but frustrating that so many airports with automated weather reporting return a ‘Invalid Airport Code’ (‘Please enter a valid IACO [sic] airport code’) error, eg KJYO, KMTV, KCJR… maybe it’s only with non-towered or part-time towered airports?

Great Visiual Aid

As a CFI I am constantly looking for new ways to keep myself safe and informed and this does it conveniently.

When trying to add KBDU it crashes the app every time. Additionally, is there any plan to add the ability to display multiple stations as widgets? I would love the ability to display a few local airports I fly to daily with my job.

Response from developer

Hi, thank you for the feedback and suggestions. The app has recently been updated to fix the issue you were experiencing with KBDU and similar cases - it was not properly handling the runway's true heading. That's a great suggestion, I can look into making that happen! Thank you for your support.

So Helpful

This app has been so helpful. I no longer need to guess if I should or shouldn’t fly based on what I am comfortable with after setting my minimums. The personal checklist has been great, and has helped me stop forgetting the little things.

Crashes

I added stations and then added minimums for VFR and IFR and every time I scroll, applications crashes/shuts down. Need refund.

Response from developer

Hello, thank you for your feedback. I have pushed an update to resolve crashes that related to runway visibility at larger airports such as KMSP.

Great pilot tool

I've been waiting for something like this since I started my training two years ago.

Minimums is a standout software tool for both new student pilots and seasoned aviators, offering an intuitive interface, comprehensive features, and unparalleled efficiency. Its simplicity and versatility make it a true time-saver.

For beginners, it is clean and user-friendly interface is a major plus. The simple step-by-step flows demystify complex weather checking. Even pilots who are not particularly tech-savvy will appreciate how seamlessly the software integrates in their day-to-day and building confidence.

Whether you’re a student pilot tackling your first cross-country flight or a seasoned pilot managing a demanding schedule, it adapts to your needs.

My Verdict
Minimum’s strikes the perfect balance between functionality and simplicity. It empowers new students to learn effectively while offering experienced pilots a simple tools to enhance their productivity. For anyone looking to save time, stay organized, and improve safety, Minimum’s is a must-have.
