MiniPan captures the micro-action of hovering your hand above a pan or pot to sense heat — checking preheat progress, verifying residual warmth, or simply assuring yourself the stove is off. Each entry becomes a heat rise bar, a slender vertical bar representing heat intensity, rise pattern, hand-distance and emotional reaction (confidence, caution, reassurance). The interface uses shimmering air-distortion effects similar to heat waves. A heat entry includes selecting cookware type (pan / pot / skillet / plate), marking heat intensity (barely warm / low / medium / strong), tagging rise feel (soft / gradual / sharp), noting hand distance, and adding a safety or sensory note. Its signature feature Thermal Rise Timeline stacks rise bars to form a heat-history band, showing how long objects retain warmth after cooking. A Caution Glow Edge appears on logs with unexpectedly high heat.
