Fantastic for showing off app designs
I love Minipaper and all the wallpaper designs. I tend to wander in often and change the background on my phone. Also, as an indie developer, I’ve lately seen its utility when recording app videos or app widget screenshots or notifications and having an outstanding background. It’s a tiny little app that does a lot for promoting my own apps. The latest updates have also given me the option to use it on my iPad. Looking forward to new wallpapers designs.

Nifty
Great tool for creating unique wallpapers that are you. The free versions offers a wide variety of options to customize your wallpaper, the premium version (there is also a lifetime option) offers you practically unlimited options and space to express your wallpaper ideas.

Everything is behind a pay wall. You might as well just make it pay to install. When making a free wallpaper you have to pay to get HD quality. And, there are just basic options, which are VERY limited to. Everything else is behind a pay wall.
