Fantastic game.
I beat this game on my iPad and then beat it again directly after finishing. It’s very fun, about to start again. Like snes Zelda’s.
Only issue devs, is that the mini map doesn’t work correctly, the ship location isn’t accurate. It’s somewhat close, but is shifted to the left of where it actually is.

5 star game with 3 star controller support

Full controller support! Upping my review to 5 stars. It’s so great! I’m about to 100% it. Get an Mcon or another controller and play this immediately!
Update: getting towards the end of the game and the buttons are getting really hard to see beyond. When the screen is full of enemies, it’s really hard to see beyond all the buttons for the various powers.
Original: This game is great, but when I have a Bluetooth controller connected, menus still often require touch controls and the touch controls remain on screen even while I’m using my controller which is more than a little annoying. In all honesty, this game is as close to five stars as you can get but if you’re playing with a controller, it really puts a damper on the experience.

le jeux a l'air vraiment bien, très beau, mais de temps en temps le jeux freeze ce qui empêche les contrôle, et donc nous fais prendre des dommages et perdre, c'est assez frustrant, je suis sur iphone 12 c'est peut être dû à un ma que de puissance

Es ist ein tolles Spiel, auf der Konsole ist es aber besser, touch Eingabe ist sehr ungenau auch das Mann die Steuerung nicht frei belegen kann ist ein Problem gerade auf dem iPhone, mit Controller gut spielbar, aber warum sind die touch Controller immer noch drin wenn ich über bluetooth Controller spiele, das versperrt die Sicht, auch die Schrift ist sehr klein auf dem iPhone, ich bitte um Patch, ansonsten tolles Spiel, falls das gefixt wird hebe ich euch auch gerne eine bessere Bewertung

Good but buggy
Great game and was very much enjoying it until a required key suddenly vanished from one game to the next. Zero opportunity to go back or reset without starting from scratch

Good game with plenty to offer from upgrading your ship, dungeons, bosses, and exploration. I would say the game is around 10 hours to beat. No ads and it feels great to play with a controller. I do wish if you were playing with a controller the joy sticks wouldn’t no be visible on still but at least they are transparent

Needs attention from devs
I am holding my 5th star until the devs fix controller support and remove the joysticks from the screen as well as add controller specific buttons to the items on screen it’s infuriating having to guess and always being wrong unfortunate bc the game is an absolute masterpiece!!!!!
2D Zelda + Twin Stick Shooter!?!?!
I have been wishing for this exact game for 30+years. (Max Adventure came close, but died in the Appocalyse.) Love TSS, but get bored with arenas and hordes. This game does NOT disappoint! There’s dungeons and puzzles and bullet-hell bosses! Adorable graphics and beautiful music. New favorite game!

Too many races
Lots of good stuff here. Interesting premise and some fun story. However, you should know how much this game relies on races and time trials to advance the story. In my opinion, it’s excessive. Lots of repetitive time trials and speed courses that are frustrating and not fun. Had I known this feature was so much a part of the game, I would have passed.

Pretty good after bad initial experience.
Game takes a long time to load. After a minute of play, game crashes and I must reload the game. UPDATE: game loads faster and I played 10 times with no crashing. It’s pretty fun. Easy to control. Lots to explore and figure out.

I love this game! Is there a way you guys could add an option to turn off the on screen controller button? When I play this game I use a controller so I don’t need on screen buttons. Thanks

This game is amazing. I have been playing it on steam (Mac) and when I found out that it came for iOS, I immediately bought it again. I use a telescopic controller to play it on iPhone. However, the experience could be much better if the on-screen buttons disappear as they're not needed when using a controller. They obstruct the view and take away from the immersion. I wish this awesome developer updates the game to tackle that issue.

Not Optimized for Mobile
The touch controls are very clumsy, and this game is all about being able to finely control your ship. If you don’t have a controller, don’t try this game. Also, on iPad Pro, the sides of the screen are cropped off, meaning your ship is offscreen much of the time, and doors/enemies at the edge of the screen can’t be seen. I regret paying for this game and would very much like a refund.

The genre crossover really works. Do yourself a favor and play it on the hardest difficulty. It’s a much more rewarding experience.

I played this game a while back on Steam and always thought it would be a good fit for iPad / iOS. So glad to see it here. I definitely recommend! It’s challenging but not frustrating. Definitely a butt pucker with certain boss fights lol but it’s really not a punishing game. The pacing between finding power ups and getting upgrades is perfect for keeping the dopamine going. It’s hard to put this game down. Bravo to the devs. 👏
