Stories are great but how does one go about changing subscription to yearly or even yet cancel? Your instructions on how to cancel is not valid.

Do NOT download this app, because the company will continue to bill you even after you cancel subscription. I’ve reached out to their customer service to no avail.

Frustrating
95 % of the time I complete the check-in and/or go to watch the video, the sound goes out and I have to close the app and go back in. Sometimes I have to do that more than once in order to continue watching.
I’m on a fixed income and can’t afford to buy extra coins.
Minimal options to watch an ad to continue watching and 80% of the time it is using up the credits to replay the episode I just watched and the only way to move to the next episode is to just log in daily and skip watching for a few days just to be able to get past the same episode.
You have some good films to watch but it takes a few months to finish watching.

Will not let you cancel subscription, stay away. There are plenty of competitors that play fair. They should not even be on any App Store. SCAMMERS!

Why do I have to watch an ad before EVERY episode?? I’ve never had to do this before when buying each episode??? I am subscribing to the Daily Vouchers Bundle and I STILL HAVE TO WATCH AN AD BEFORE EACH AND EVERY EPISODE!!! I am very upset about this. I will watch my last story that I am watching but I am considering not buying any other bundles or extra coins unless this changes.

This is the second time I have watched one of your videos and it stops at a certain place and you can’t watch the whole video. It’s definitely disturbing when you can’t watch the end of the story.

I signed up online, not thru app store and now I cannot find a way to cancel. Am about to cancel my credit card.

This company should be shut down - unable to cancel subscription even after following their instructions and sending emails to ask for cancellation. Stay away, there are plenty other competitors that let you cancel with no problem.

I’ve had this app. for a while and have enjoyed it until I got a new phone. Then I renewed another week and it took my money but wouldn’t let me back on. I tried on the app itself and it worked and charged me both times. I tried to contact someone and no one responded. I canceled one and my subscription shows another week left but it won’t let me watch it keeps telling me to buy again. I would be very careful with this app.
