Absolutely unacceptable

I am trying to cancel my order and no one from customer service is replying on WhatsApp, email, or calls. I paid for delivery, then discovered I’m expected to pick it up myself. That’s ridiculous and misleading. Why offer delivery at all if this is the case? Extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
