Ministr

Ministr is a private workspace for a ward council – one place for the messages, follow-ups, and meeting notes that ministering to the one depends on. Each organization gets its own private channel, with direct messages for the quieter conversations between two or more people. Assignments carry a name and a date, so a decision in council becomes someone visiting by Sunday. Canvases hold agendas and notes anyone in the conversation can edit. Search finds any of it months later, and notifications tell you only about the things you asked to hear about. And every member of your ward can have a record – household and family, what's been discussed, who offered to help – so the next person to reach out already knows. All of it is scoped to the people it belongs to: if you aren't in a channel, an assignment, or a message, it doesn't appear for you, and an admin approves everyone who joins.
