Maddddddd…

Don’t get this app. All my notes and return visits have disappeared…ugh! And there is no way to get them back. My map shows a Russian territory. I’ve been scammed!

Unauthorized 401 and 404

Hello Justin,

Thank you so much for this app. I truly appreciate your time in creating this app for us. However, I am having IT when it comes to saving my time, RV, etc. It’s giving me a code, ( unauthorized (401) &(404). I deleted the app and I am going to reinstall it. If there another way to solve the issue please let me know. I did email you as well. Again, thank you.

I like it!

I really like that this app is simple to use and has all the important features. After another faithful ministry app crashed and hasn’t been updated in over 4 yrs I looked for another one. I am hoping this will work for me. One desire: to be able to call from the app after tapping the phone number. Am I doing something wrong? Please make that happen if not. Thanks so much.

Great APP BUT…

This app is great and easy to keep track of your time. However it will not roll over your minutes from one month to the next. You would have to manually calculate it, which makes it a bit confusing at the time of having to turn your time in. Month after month.

Hello! "Completing" your month will automatically roll over partial hours to the next month. You will be prompted to complete your month's report on the home page at the start of the next month. In future releases we plan on making this action more clear and likely giving you the option to roll over before the month is over. Thanks for your feedback!

Definitely Potential

I’m not sure how to reach out to the developer but curious how often the bugs are being updated? If this app is being updated regularly for its “bugs” I don’t mind the growing pains because this app definitely has potential to be amazing but if it’s not being regularly updated or fixed then I would like to know that somehow.
There is a glitch in saving info which ends up being time consuming by the time it does save.

My favorite one

I’ve tried lots of different ministry apps for iPhone/iPad. So far this one is my favorite, it’s simple, easy to use, quick to add a report and I can add my LDC hours. Thanks

Best app I’ve ever used!

I’ve tried a lot of apps to track my time, to record my return visits etc, etc… JW Report is by far the best I’ve used! It’s so organized and easy to use, and another major plus, just create a free account and you can log in and record your details from any device and they all sync up! Highly recommend!!!

Best app of it kind.

I have used a bunch of different svc apps on ios. I found that they weren't exactly a good fit for me. This app is cross platform and cloud based. The fact that I can use it on any device is invaluable. Amazing work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
