Used to Work Great, Not Anymore
This app WAS a super convenient way to submit availability, request subs, and check your schedule. The last two months, it hasn’t saved any of my Can’t Serve Times. I hit “Submit,” and it shows the unavailable time on the list. When I click away from that page and go back, the can’t serve time I just submitted is missing. This happens repeatedly, even after force quitting the app. Really frustrating!

App Always Hangs on Startup
Works some of the time. When I open the app, I get a spinning circle. If I hit Back, it’s always asking me to enter the organization ID or find the church. Sometimes if I close out of the app and come back in, I can luck out and it remembers me again. Most of the time it doesn’t though.
It never seems to remember me, my login, etc. I just want it to handle that better and it’ll be a fine app.

Can’t submit not available
App will not save or submit unavailable dates I try to submit
Excellent APP
Our church uses this app, and I cannot understand why anyone would want to go back to the old paper/email/phone calls. This coordinates with my tablet, my iPhone, and my PC. My wife and I are very busy people and we need to have this information on the calendars on all our devices. This app also allows me to ask for a substitute and to respond to requests for a substitute. It also links me with important information on the readings. I cannot imagine going back to the old days.

Cannot see upcoming schedule
The app worked fine for a few months, could see schedule and even function within the app. Now, I cannot see the upcoming months that I am scheduled to work. They are not showing up on the app and I can’t find a way to update it.
Good but Glitchy
My church started using this about 5mos now. It is handy to see where my family has been scheduled and to request times/dates when it’s not bugging out. This app crashes way too much. Then the app glitches out to the “provide your organization ID” page instead of a user login page. As of today (12/5/25) I’ve been sent around in circles too many times to consider this app to convenient.

The app is a good way for scheduling people in ministries. Rarely any problems for me personally, maybe a few others using the app.
Only problem is, I changed my password two times, and it’s still saying it’s wrong. I tried deleting the app to let it refresh, it’s still wrong. So now, I don’t even know when I’m scheduled 😊😊

Update
Works good but needs an update
Does not always work
I have tried to log in several times and it says our organization isn’t found. I know we are there because I used it before and it worked fine. For instance, last week I was able to pull up the app and scheduler with no problem, today it’s giving me a message that my organization isn’t found. This app is wonderful when it works the way it’s supposed to. Please fix the bugs.

Blank screen
It seems that every time I log n, I get a blank screen. When I need reminders, it does not send them. I am missing service for my daughter because there is no way for this to work.
Scheduling
An interesting observation when I became a sacristan, we are never selected to be a Eucharistic minister at any other masses. It would be nice if we could be assigned to some of those other masses when we are not a sacristan. I attend daily mass so I am available a lot more than I am used. The only way to serve more is to select open slots for Eucharistic minister after the schedule is out. Is this part of the program?

Bug - opens to blank page
I have to restart my iPhone to fix MSP so it doesn't open to blank page without menus
Glitchy
I am so tired of this app randomly not working. The church office said that the company’s answer was to delete the app and reload. That is not something I expect to do multiples times a year. No updates have been released for a year. What are our churches paying for?
Unreliable
This app sounds like a good idea. And when it works, it’s great. The problem is that it frequently does not open. I delete the app and reload it and maybe it works for a while and then it stops opening.
Never works
This app hardly ever works. You constantly have to log in, but once you are logged in, it’s just blank. The website works well, but the app is useless.
Unstable app. Multiple uninstall & reinstall
As an end user, it’s very frustrating to continually uninstall and reinstall to check the schedule.
No support
I tried to sign on this morning to see if I can get a replacement for me this Sunday as I’m sick

Frustrated
This app is impossible! I can rarely open it. When it works it is great but very unreliable
Frustrating before and now just a white screen.
Most of the time when I log in, it just spins for a very long time. When I close the app and re-open it, then I’m logged in. Also, at this moment I have just a white screen when I open the app. I’m using an iPhone 15, iOS 18.3. Everything is there on an Android phone so it’s not an issue with the entire app.

Hardly ever works
Frustrating Doesn’t even open much of the time. Does not work or even open most of the time. Also, no instructions as to how to remove one from list.
