Ministry Toolkit

Ministry Toolkit puts everything a volunteer or small group leader needs for the week in one app, so you spend less time chasing details and more time with the people you serve. LEAD YOUR GROUP WITH CONFIDENCE Open tonight's lesson right on your phone. Scripture, discussion questions, timers, polls and activities are built in, with prep notes for before you walk in the room. No printouts and no digging through email. NOTICE WHO NEEDS YOU See who hasn't been around lately, who is new and whose birthday is coming up. Text a student or their parent with one tap, and keep notes your co-leaders can see, like what they're into and what to ask about next week. PRAY TOGETHER Keep your group's prayer requests in one place, add new ones during the meeting and mark them answered when they are. STAY IN THE LOOP Read news and events from your ministry staff, comment and react, answer polls, sign up for slots and RSVP. Get a notification when something needs you, and nothing else. CELEBRATE YOUR TEAM Birthdays, serving anniversaries and new volunteers show up every week, so nobody's big day slips by. GROW AS A LEADER Finish the trainings your church assigns, earn badges along the way and keep your profile up to date. FOR CHURCHES Ministry Toolkit is a set of tools for church staff: sign-ups and payments, volunteers, small groups, attendance and follow-up. This app is where your volunteers and leaders see all of it. Your church creates your account, so ask your ministry staff to invite you. If your church doesn't use Ministry Toolkit yet, learn more at ministrytoolkit.com.
