Unable to control 2nd raptor
Similar to another post i am unable to control 2 raptors
The raptors are paired to each other and show in the app as 2..but no matter what it only controls the left side raptor… select 2 only left goes up and down, select right and nothing…. The app does show both raptors listed with versions etc… so very strange…
Otherwise the app appears ok and has good functionality

Customer service unable to solve
The raptor app only runs one raptor in set of two. All other remotes and the foot switch operate and pair easily with both raptors. Customer service says there is a newer version of the app however it is not available in the iOS App Store and therefore unavailable to the public. Went through everything with customer service with no solution. They were supposed to call me back with a solution but I haven’t heard from them. Disappointing.
