Can’t sign-in
Can’t sign into app with sign-in that works on Safari or anywhere else. Not sure what value the app has. Will remove to avoid the aggregation
What happened?
When opening the app it tells me things are not supported? Go to down load my tickets and it send me to safari and does not bring anything up. Why have an app if you need to got Safari or google?
Tickets
Said I needed the app to access my tickets. Downloaded on an iPhone and logged in. On the app ticket page it says it’s an unsupported browser and won’t display anything as a result.
App won't start
I used the app earlier in the day to download my game and parking tickets but, later that evening when I attempted to check scores in the app, the splashpage loaded and then the app shut down completely while switching to the Home page.

Very convenient and easy to use! I love the people working there, they’re always so helpful!
Laggy
It’s laggy, has too much advertisements and has no dark mode app icon.
Horrible App experience
I couldn’t “Manage Tickets”, just got the spinner, so I deleted and reinstalled the App. New version wouldn’t let me login with with original credentials so I reset password. Then, I get a “User Migration Error”. Is anyone doing any testing or is the developer just making changes and hoping for the best?

App won’t open
I rely on this app for sharing volleyball and women’s basketball tickets as I have season tickets for both. It worked fine yesterday, but today it starts to open and quits unexpectedly. Could we have a new update to address this please? I updated to iOS 17.7, but that didn’t fix the problem.

Ticket Login
I only use this app to view my football season tickets and I have to login every time I open the app to view them.
App crashes immediately.
On iPhone SE, iOS 6.2. I open the app and after seeing maroon for half a second, it immediately closes. The update released a day ago may have broken the app.
“Listen” feature kills battery
Listening to events is a severe battery drain and my phone gets noticeably hot. Started a hockey game today with a full charge and it’s now at 15% after 3rd. Have to find a charge or I’ll miss OT.

Recent update and I can’t access tickets
With a recent update, I no longer can access/manage my season tickets in the mobile app.
Slow
This app is extremely slow, and it signs me out of my account everytime I use it.
Banger App
Imagine not being able to do mobile tickets! ha!
Trash
This app is trash zero stars. Mobile web works for authentication but app days error due to invalid credentials. It’s pretty simple to authenticate to the same data source. Typical for the U.
Clunky App Part II
Agree with prior reviewer. Endless loop when logging into my account and trying to renew my season tickets. Tried reinstalling app and had same issue. Ended up going to browser to login.
Clunky App
Endless loop at times asking to sign in. Crashes when wanting to renew my season tickets or look at past purchase. 😳. I am guessing with older Gopher boosters this would be a struggle to use and still have to manage accounts in person. Too bad this isn’t any better than previous clunky app…Disappointing!
