Way better!

The recent overhaul of the app has improved it so much. The tickets, info about the players, etc is so much easier to find and way more visually appealing.

No Game Time Notifications

Not receiving any notifications during the game. Also can’t view live game day info.

App missing expected details

While I can access my tickets easily and see the schedule, there are no post game box scores, game news, other details. Not keeping the roster up to date either. Also currently missing store discount badge and the ability to exchange season tickets for another game, which are membership benefits I hope the app vendor gets figured out soon.

Updated annually

For a team looking to grow its fan base it ignores their own app. Training camp started two days ago and it still shows last year’s roster. There were no news updates during an eventful free agency and offseason. No videos of draft picks. Compare that to the Timberwolves app which gets tons of daily updates. It’s like the new owners are mailing it in. Again.

From a season ticket holder

The app works great for tickets, but it is worthless if you’re looking for any current Lynx news. They are months behind and did nothing during draft/free agency to keep fans abreast of the latest. The roster still lists Alanna Smith FFS! It’s a shame that the organization doesn’t think it’s worth telling us anything about our team. Guess I’ll head to yahoo sports or whatever.

Skip the app use the web

I was looking for a way to purchase single game tickets from somewhere official that didn’t seem shady. The app seemed like a good place to start. After installation the app appears to be nothing more than a tool that displays their website. You are forced to create an account to do anything and the ticket buying experience for single game tickets is complete garbage. At a minimum you’re forced into purchasing blocks of tickets which is something I don’t want. What good does creating an account do when I want a few tickets? I should be able to click a link, select a game or games, put in my info and check out. I can’t imagine the number of sales they’re missing out on because of this. Uninstalled.

New app 2026: HORRIBLE

I had this app for several years and chose to delete it because it got totally revamped the app and it’s so bad… every click seems to take you to an external web browser instead of staying in the app!
I might as well just go to the Lynx website instead of the app at this point. Super disappointing!

I added the Lynx games schedule to Google Calendar with this app.

Locks you out

This app requires you to use the AXS interface for tickets. AXS is THE WORST!! AXS thinks everyone is a bot. If you’re trying to buy tickets they make you click through multiple screens that ask if you’re a human. Each game you look at in a single session requires multiple checks as if during the session you morphed from a human into a bot. And invariably you get locked out because ‘you clicked too fast’. What?! Once you’re locked out you’re out until tomorrow. I’ve called support and their only response is ‘wait until tomorrow.’ Every device from your IP is blocked. You’re dead in the water. Using AXS for handling tickets is the very worst thing the Lynx (and Timberwolves) have ever done to their fans. I cannot tell you how much I loathe AXS. Just click on the App Support button here in the App Store. It takes me to a 404 page. Par for the course.

Inaccessible

The fonts in the app isn’t very accessible to low vision users and background option isn’t available from white background or dark background. Font size for reading menu option and many more needs improvement. Thank you

Lynx app? Misnamed

Really it’s a Target Center app. Information given about the Lynx is secondary to that main purpose. Very disappointing, I much preferred the old version from pre-2018.

The box score does not work during the game - no accurate data of stats. There are no team totals of the stat categories, so there is no way to compare rebounding battle or any other category other than percentages Show me the numbers! Get rid of Chance to Win window. I liked last year’s game flow much better. Please redo this app.

Disappointing

Keeps quitting after I open it.

Exciting

It's exciting to have an app for our beloved MN Lynx. I like that you can change the font size of articles in the settings. I wanted to read the details under the And1 club but it must be in pdf form or something. The settings didn't change the font size and I couldn't enlarge the picture to be able to read it.
