What's New in Minnesota Mushroom Forager Map

Minor bug fix!

User reviews

Limited. Real limited.

The problem with this app is that the data they use seems to be severely limited, so there are very few places on the map that the app says are gold places to look for morels.

For example, it will flag places around fort snelling but not anywhere else that has stands of trees that match the age and type of those found at fort snelling.

It just seems like they do not have comprehensive information on forests in Minnesota, because if they did, there would be much more places highlighted on the map.
