I decided to order some tickets and thought I would try the app. Absolute garbage. When I try to complete the order I get the swirl of death and I just sit there and wait as the stupid timer moves toward 0 on the long my order can sit in the cart. For all this stupidity, they want $30 service fee on top that this entertainment. If you hit “App support” you get 404 not found error.

I have season tickets to the PWHL Frost and I didn’t have any ticket problems until like January when it made me merge my Ticketmaster account. I use the website in safari now to add them because the app doesn’t work
I am forced to use not one but three apps when getting tix. One Ticket master which usually works fine. But it needs to handshake w the Wild app. The signal at the Arena can suck so save to the wallet right? No. It won't save it for more than a few minutes and then it tells you it invalid. No way to fix it including all fixes they say. In the old days you had the option to just print these things as a Back up. Not now. When you're hosed.... It's the Royal treatment.

Add some back buttons especially in the forever wild rewards portion!
This is actually just made so poorly and somehow they lost my tickets to the game. How is this possible??
Easy fresh app. Lots of old reviews
I think the app is ok, works fine for purchasing. The rewards part is a problem. Doesn’t issue points for watching a game, links don’t function properly.
Unfortunately, the built-in browser inside of the app does not allow you to authorize with Ticketmaster and you need to do it completely separately on a browser to get access to your tickets. The app is basically unusable if you can’t login. Ticketmaster basically errors out every time. It asks you to enable JavaScript, but the built-in browser in the app does not allow you to change any settings.

App always tells me i have a notification on the icon and never goes away, some times it tells me there are 5 notifications and stays that way till the next game
Images, text, content won’t display. Useless app
The app contains unnecessary ads and my account with my own email address has someone else’s name and street address on it with literally no way to change it. Great job TM, hope you guys lose your antitrust suit.
Be. Fukn. Better.
Nothing but trouble. Integration with Ticketmaster is a mess. Has something to do with Ticketmaster forcing you to change passwords.
Can the badges issue be fixed? It does not reset after checking the app or messages. And the messages page glitches when checking them.
The app always says I have x amount of notifications at the top right corner but never goes away.
Bought tickets through SeatGeek and it sent me a Ticketmaster link to claim it through the minnesota wild app. Now I have tickets in the minnesota wild app that I can’t view the barcode of, nor can I add it into my apple wallet. Had wanted to get my dad something nice for Christmas but instead I suppose I’m out $500. Will be calling multiple people to hopefully get this sorted, but it really should be simpler. The Timberwolves Vikings and twins seem to have it done well, why not the wild?

Used to love the app but ever since their update tickets don’t work, the schedule doesn’t display, and there’s no score history anywhere. At this point just a waste of space. Just use the NHL app.
Very, very, very poor app., especially for a professional sports franchise. I can’t imagine another professional sports franchise has their own app without live scoring. What’s the point of the app? It’s just a Xcel Energy app
Can only access the home page tab. Nothing shows on Tickets or Watch tab and get an error on the schedule tab. Can’t even access my account.
So the app works just fine if you make a local account, but any time it needs to go to ticketmaster, it fails to even get you to a login dialog. Several times now, friends have sent tickets over and we simply can’t get them. Since TM doesn’t show them until you go through the Wild app, we’re basically not going because we can’t claim the sent tix. Same interface and site as TM uses, but it doesn’t work through this app. Support has been essentially canned emails, followed by “have them resend”. We gave up.
