Fast and clean
A lot of banking apps are slow or take forever to sign in. Not this one. It actually remembers my Face ID and has been frictionless to jump in and check my accounts and move on with my life 😊

So easy to use.
It’s better than nothing
Depositing a check is a 10 minute fight to get it to go through even if you have all the correct information written on it. Then signing in Face ID has not worked no matter how many times I set it up. I have spent more time fighting this app and hoping it works.

Overall, one of the weakest and buggiest banking apps I’ve used. The layout and GUI is fine, but it’s prone to crashes or failures to load. Constant issues with having to log in manually or Face ID going away after every update. Poor design.

Smooth
Easy to use. Nice to have all the information in one place. Appreciate getting my statements online because USPS has at times missed delivered the mail. Plus, I don't have to store paper statements. I can quickly find out if a deposit or withdrawal has been made.
Antiquated App
Minnwest is a small bank. What they have in hometown personal service, they lack in modern functional technology.
