Terrible App
This app is truly the worst- It almost never works. The app has been down for a couple of MONTHS now and wouldn’t let me log in, so I figured maybe I needed to reset my password, so I did, and SURPRISE! It didn’t work. I can’t even see my instant balance, so I don’t know how much is on my card.

Terrible app
I get kicked out of the app every other week and get sent to an administrator to change my password. Annoying enough I am contemplating on switching banks. I don’t have this problem with any other app, websites, or anything with my passwords. I use the app frequently enough that this shouldn’t happen this often.

One of the worst apps I’ve used
This app is terrible. I’ve had to put face recognition on several times and then out of nowhere, it will say I need to log in again to get it reactivated. I count on this app to watch my transactions and I’ve been very disappointed.

Login issues
When these issues occur they are very annoying. There is no email or text stating that the site is down. When you realize there is an issue it is infuriating because then your account can lock
Frustrating
There are very few transactions listed and no option to view any history beyond that or search. Pdf statements and searchable transactions for the past 12 months would be awesome. I have always had a lot of trouble logging in on the website and app. Seems better lately, but it often says I’ve got my password wrong (I don’t) and I need to call in, especially on the website. So I love that the app lets me do FaceID, but it keeps shutting it off! Hate that. Because the app is a little easier to access, I wish it had at least a few of the features that the website has. Basically this is one of the most frustrating apps I’ve ever used, but I feel it’s still the better option. I also use the business app and I have similar complaints. Especially the FaceID thing. :( WHHYYYY!??!??

It would be really nice if we would be able to establish secondary accounts within our account to make it easier to budget and keep track of our money.
Login failure
Doesn’t let me log in but when I call my bank my account is activated. Glitched out app.

I wish the app would show the account balance like it uses to after each payment
Will let you down at the worst time
This app will use any excuse to kick you out and not let you back in. From stuck loading screen, to pretending it lost network and cycling through a perpetual loop of network errors even when every other network based app is still working.
App won't open
App won't open just sits on main screen that says Minnwest Mobile
Meh, works when it wants to.
This app works great when it wants to. I like the instant balance feature but most of the time I can't even open the app. It always crashes and I have to keep restarting my phone to get it to work. Now when I open the app (haven't logged on) it just tells me that an error has occurred and tells me to call my local branch. When I finally get it to let me log on, it crashes right away. It would be a good app if it would work!
