Service charge
Before a service charge, a call would be nice for hospitality. It’s a matter of moving money between two accounts within your banking system.
Does not work with iOS 16.4
Needs updated to work with latest iOS version. App will not even open.
Crashes on iOS 16
I can get the app to do nothing in iOS 16 and an iPhone 12 Pro Max. Card tab is unresponsive and crashes the app, viewing balances does the same. Please update and/or fix the app.
Transfer
In the current iOS platform, we are unable to mark reason for transfers in account. This is helpful on computer and would be great on the apps too. It would be helpful to see more of the description entered also online.
Doesn’t work…
Tried to enroll to use the app and after multiple attempts to “enroll” and receiving “technical difficulties” alerts I’m left with no way of using my HSA to pay for my doctors appointment.

Touch ID problems
Your banking apps have a strange issue with Touch ID. I use the app for Minster and the app for Peoples, another local bank. The two apps appear to run on the same platform. Lately, Touch ID will not work for both apps at the same time. When it works for Minster, it will not work for Peoples, and vice versa. Whichever app has been updated most recently is the one that works, and the other requires a password even when Touch ID is enabled. These are the only two apps I ever have problems with. Please address this issue. Other than that, the app works fine.

Looks like check deposit is now available. That’s what was holding it back. Easy to use, clear, clean. I like it.
Good but could be improved.
Would be nice to be able to deposit checks through the app like mostly all other banks.
New update caused $150 dollar overdraft fee
Have had no problems with using this app up to this last update. I switched money over from my savings to my checking account and the new app didn't register the switch resulting in massive fees.
