I loved the opportunity to drop off my dry cleaning at any hour and have a predictable pick-up time. Despite getting into Las Vegas in the late evening, I was able to drop off my clothes and know they’d be ready to go in time for my event.

My washing machine broke and I needed a place to send my laundry out to. Thrilled to discover Mint Locker, which was right by my house. Love the convenience and quick turnaround! Also, no longer do I have to rush to get to the dry cleaners by 5PM. Worth every penny. Excellent communication with easy to use lockers. I won’t hesitate to purchase dry clean clothes again now that I’ve discovered Mint Locker. Hope to see more Mint Lockers nationwide. A brilliant business idea.

I never get my clothes back when promised. Would be a great service if they were dependable and reliable but they are neither. I’m going back to face to face customer service where you know you’re being taken care of right. And they follow through with their promises

Great service
I used mint locker for a few times already and didn’t experience any problems. The clothes came back nice and clean every time, and the locker drop off/ pick up process is super easy.
One of my purses had a big grease stain on it, so under special instructions I asked them to send me an estimate first. They did, and also warned me that dry cleaning will not be enough for that stain, and that the purse would need to be dyed. That was a little too much trouble for me to go through for that particular purse, so I asked them to cancel it. They did, and sent the purse back with no charge.
The rest of my dry cleaning usually just quietly disappears from the locker and turns back clean in two days, without me even thinking about it. That is the definition of perfect service for me.

Very dishonest company
They won’t show you the prices for laundering different items on the app in the hope that you blindly agree to paying whatever they choose to charge. Also when you do eventually sign up they charge your account to check your card works without any warning. Yes only $1 but to take it without any warning or asking if I agree to it is very shady.

Great product, terrible app
This is a poorly designed app. The screen freezes all the time and I have to regularly force close and reopen the app. There’s still no iPhone X support which is a pain. I love the service you guys provide, but please fix this.
