I Love this Boutique because of the quality of the products. And I know it comes to me and that the Owner Jessica Lavender cares about her customers. Things fit like they should in lives she walks you through it. I also LOVE LOVE LOVE how she gives back to her customers. Almost every live she gives away a high end purse. One day I will get lucky and win! Also Jessica works hard for us, she literally hand picks everything that she likes and would wear! And her taste is SPOT ON FOR ME. TU Thank You! Thank You! Jessica!

Hope you’re not in a hurry.
Don’t order if you’re not in a hurry. Ordered a week ago…will be 3 weeks or so before I receive it, but they sure charged my card! And there’s no refund!
Poor customer service
I ordered pajamas off their app on 4/23. When order was placed it showed there were quantities so it did not appear as a presale. Few days later going back to place another order I noticed there were no quantities and this was a presale. I reached out to Jessica and she explained they were a presale and they take 4-6 weeks. I’m on the 6th week. No item, no tracking and no updates. I just want my money back. Beware for preorders. Any other boutiques keep their customers informed or yet do the right thing and just refund. I won’t be ordering again. There are plenty others I’ve had better experiences with. So disappointed.

Slow shipping
I have placed two orders with MPB, and I thought the first order taking three weeks to ship was a fluke. However, it has now been 18 days since I placed my second order and I still have not received shipping information. I have emailed three times with no response. (And yes it was the correct email!) I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

Terrible service
I had an issue with an item in which I never worn and was unable to return so I was very frustrated. When I messaged Jessica personally she read the message and left it on opened. The items the lavenders sell are great but unfortunately they will be losing my business because they refuse to help me and reply to my messages. I wouldn’t recommend spending money here.
