Won’t open past login
Keeps crashing on every device I’ve tried past log in. Soo disappointed as I was trying to print photos for a funeral.

No option to granting photo library access
Updated Mint app is no longer able to access photo library. Bluetooth is connected to the mint printer but I tried three ways to get it to access and print from my photo library and none of them worked: if I open a picture and select PRINT, the Mint printer doesn’t show as an option; if I go to the MINT app and click connect to photo library it takes me to the Settings but there is no option for toggling access (only gives option to grant access to camera); finally if I go to my iPhone 16Pro Settings>Privacy and Security>Photos, there is no Mint App listed to even adjust or grant access to my photo library. Contacted Mint customer support but still haven’t heard back.

Please fix the app
I lost my mini printer for a while, and I finally found it again. Sad to see that when I went to try to use it the app no longer lets me access my photos. Looking at the reviews. It’s happening to a lot of other people as well. Please fix the app so we can all enjoy our mini photos again. :(
App Broken
I have loved this little printer for years. Pulled it out the other day and now the app is broken. It won’t let me access the photos on my phone to print. Completely broken app, please fix this.
Love
The app has the occasional glitch where it crashes but that could also be a phone issue rather than the app. Also sometimes a bright picture comes out darker than expected but it gives the Polaroid effect if you want to avoid that sometimes I take a screenshot of a picture and edit it super bright so the print comes out better. Definitely worth purchasing the printer I often print pictures to add to mini frames around the house, office desks, and the fridge.

Straight up doesn’t work
It connects fine, but if you try to actually print something, it freezes up, no matter how much you restart it. If you by some miracle manage to get it to print, it starts printing just fine.
Crashes
Every time I try to print the app crashes. Guess I’m going to have to look into a different product.

Printer won’t connect
My printer will not connect. I tried all “remedies” but I also can’t update the printer because it won’t connect to the new app and access to the old app is blocked.
No photo access anymore
You can’t allow this app to access to your photos anymore so product is useless now
finicky at best
to those suffering to allow photo access, you have to uninstall and reinstall the app. the photo access portion of the app is only available during initial setup.. which is supremely annoying

Pour ceux qui n’arrivent pas à donner l’accès à votre galerie photo sur l’application, supprimer et re télécharger la, lors de la première connexion l’application vous demande si vous voulez donnes accès à la galerie 👍
App doesn’t give you option to allow gallery access
this would be great if you could use it. The developers need to do something about the fact that myself and it looks like many others can’t allow access to our phone gallery which means not only can you not take a photo on the app but you can’t use photos you have so this is just a useless device. Looks like it hasn’t been fixed in 3 years that’s insane.

figured out how to access pictures
there is no way to allow the app to access pictures and you can’t even use the camera. I think my printer is just useless at this point :( update- just deleted it and reinstalled and it fixed it lol

Cannot use the printer as there is no way to allow access to photos in Apple settings. The mint app does not appear under photos in privacy or security nor does the app itself in settings have any option to allow access. No way to use the printer and disappointed
Photo access
App STILL not able to access photos. The app settings no longer have an option to allow access to photos and I can’t even send the file from my photos app to the mint printer. I even tried deleting and redownloading the app and the issue was not resolved. Please please please fix this people have been complaining for months and I do not want to have to throw out a device I’ve had for years because of app incompatibility.

Photo access
I’m unable to enable access to photos on the app. It was working fine a couple months ago but recently shut down.
Great little printer
I had trouble with the settings to allow access to my photos, but I deleted the app and reinstalled it, and it works fine now. It's a great little printer. The app is simple to use.
