Horrendous app that never works

If you are a company, stay away from his app. American Airlines just went with this app and it is horrendous!!! Nothing ever works, you can’t do anything with it, horrendous formatting, confusing as can be… stay away from this one.

Stupid slow

I can’t get my training information because the app just sits there acting like it’s retrieving data and then tells me I don’t have an Internet connection. I’m writing this review on that same Internet connection.

Recently we experienced some performance issues due to a large increase in traffic, which could cause the app to appear stuck while retrieving data or incorrectly report a connection problem. This NEW app is definitely going backwards. Logging in every time is a real pain and not having the needed daily info on one screen; both pilots and training device is very tedious. Please bring back the previous version!

Worse than prior version

Constant log outs. Very poor UX. Every single time it loads it needs to connect to a server. Amateur work,

Latest update broke SSO with my company

Try to login in using company QR code process and get nothing but errors. Support website says it can’t give me access and to use another email address.
