It Used To Be Good, But Now It’s Broken
The app used to work, but it abruptly stopped working. It hangs up and presents a message that says “Task being submitted”. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it, and I’ve tried it on two iPad Pros and an iPhone Pro Max. It does the same thing on all three devices.
Won’t load edited photo
I used to Love this app but now after I watch the video it says reward granted & the photo is there but the blue line stays only half way & it says task being submitted but it never completes. I’ve deleted & reinstalled the app more than once but it still doesn’t work, very disappointed

The program is not very good and accurate. Sometimes it takes the photo well, sometimes it ruins it. Many times it doesn't upload the photo at all and it just gives me annoying ads.

App stopped working for a week. Stopped working again now November 2024. No reply to emails and messages. Very poor service. Still not working, now mid December 2024.

I have had issues since the first few days I paid for this app. I want a refund. I have emailed three times for help for three different issues with no reply. The last issue has rendered it useless & it cannot be used at all. The few photos I did enhance showed very little improvement in removing blurriness.
The app now freezes when I try to enhance in the middle of photo submission & refuses to work.
It also keeps asking me to watch a video for results even though I am a paid subscriber.
It also only intermittently allows me to choose photos to enhance.
This app is a complete disappointment & an exercise in utter aggravation.
Please do the right thing & give be a refund now.
