Paypal

The app is nice but would be better if you can make payments through paypal

Poor service, buggy app

Haven’t been able to buy gold on the app for several months, keep getting told this will be fixed still waiting…. Customer service takes too long to respond.

Can’t buy

The buy feature hasn’t worked for over a month. Emailed support was told it’ll be running in a week that was a month ago. I sold the gold I had bought and will delete the app. Seems like the developers have given up too.

Can’t see my money and FAQ number email doesn’t work

Actually stressed out because I can’t see my money and none of the email or number works
Can someone get in touch with me so I can take my money out

Poor customer care

I’ve been using this app for a while a another savings pot and the experience was great. I then needed to release some funds and this where the trouble begun they added the incorrect amount to my cash account and now I can’t retrieve my money. I have been trying for two weeks to contact someone but no response. Approach with caution… As I feel I’ve lost my money.
