Waste of Time and Phone Storage
I downloaded this app 4 months ago. I’ve clicked on it every time the notification shows up on a website. I buy my things. Never once have I gotten any money back beyond the join bonus. 50% of your first Ipsy bag? Never got it. $75 back on geocaching.com? Spent $90, never got a dime. I’ve clicked on this things SO many times. Never seen a dime. It’s just watching my spending habits for ads, I guess.

Way better apps then this
Any question I asked it to find discounts it couldn’t. Asked about hotel rooms 2 months from now said nothing available when every single website shows options. Asked about Disney gift card discounts it said again nothing available when Sam’s Club and target always have at least 5% going. This app needs a lot of work or just remove the ai assistant you advertise and then it’s another cash back app with offers that usually aren’t as good as other cash back apps.

The absolute worst!!!
They start email campaigns threatening to close my account due to inactivity. Then want my life history. This app is not worth it. Stay away.

Missing money and no customer support
I had $410 in pending payout removed from my account. I have confirmed directly with the merchant that they already confirmed the purchase to Minty in November. 4 months later and Minty does not even respond to any emails I’ve sent them on the matter. Their entire customer support is a chatbot, no phone line. It feels fraudulent and like a scam. Avoid this app!

Super easy to use - and cash back adds up fast. Def. helpful with my favorite stores. The design is clear and the whole theme (Minty the dog) is fun.
Scam
Minty is a definitely scam. Made my first purchase over one month ago with cashback activated, but no cashback no tracking. Contacted customer service by email multiple times, not receiving a single confirmation reply. Their AI chat bot is useless. Stay away from these scammer!!
