“Pea mind meeles” button does not work
30 days cycle is when I pay my bills. That checkbox makes NO sense UX wise. Who had thought of this?!

If you are not from Finland don't go with Telia
I visited a Telia shop to get a prepaid sim, as I don't know how long I can stay in Finland.
The process of getting a sim card was easy. Then came the trouble.
I was told I could add credit to the sim using a app. There are several Telia apps in the app store.
Guess what, the app did not allow me to add credit. Well, maybe I picked the wrong app. HOWEVER, when I went back to the store the Telia guy couldn't find the right either. Even after he changed my phone settings, still no app
Before going to the store I had gone online to try and add credit. In fact I paid €9.90 and received a sms to say the credit would appear on my account tomorrow.
Guess what, it didn't. After seeking assistance via online chat, I was told I had to go back to the store.
In the store they said I they couldn't do anything about the online purchases! All they could do was add credit by me making another in shop purchase.
I did this and then set about trying to find where my original €9.90 went. After a lengthy call they claim I had had the credit and denied that I my phone had not been serviceable (so, why did I have to make the 2nd in store purchase?)
My final point, their website has a EN VERSION option. When you click this on any page it immediately takes you back to the English version of the homepage. This, it is impossible to access the website in English. The only option is to use google translate on the Finnish version.
Definitely unhappy. I've already download the DMA app for when my credit is spent. Meanwhile, I'll just have to accept that calls from Migri, Kela, work, may go missing!!

Worse app ever
90% of your tries it will fail with Mobile ID authentication. You can stuck for days when you can’t login to the app... Swedbank app works on my device at the same time at the same network and with the same login method but this one will be failing. Unbelievably poor implementation.

Tegemist on üsnagi vigase äpiga millesse on enamik ajast lausa võimatu sisse logida. Küll viskab ette teate, et serveriga ei saa ühendust, või viib tagasi mobiil ID sisselogimislehele. Iseenesest on tegemist ju küllaltki hea äpiga (kui kõik loomulikult sujub), kus on võimalik jälgida oma tegevusi ja hoida silma peal oma kontol, kuid siiani on 90% sisselogimisi ebaõnnestunud. Minu Internet töötab korralikult ja ka 4G on kõikidel juhtudel olnud olemas. Selleks, et oma tegevusi näha, pean sisse logima hoopis veebibrauseri kaudu, kuna teie äpp lihtsalt ei tööta enamiku ajast. Приложение пишет что осталось пару мегабайт трафика, а на электронную почту приходит оповещение что трафик уже кончился. Пока приложение не показало что трафика уже нет, его не добавить через приложение. Прошу поправить...

Finally an app you can and want to use. All the previous ones were pointless, most likely done by engineers who got the specs from a committee who put together ideas that they had collected over 4 year span and then put through google translate.
This actually shows you how much data you have left, latest bills, your consumption.
