Terrible
This is an addition to my previous review. WHY OH WHY does the app no longer have a way for you to request the book you have looked up? I don’t need “more information” about the book. I just need the button that allows me to reserve it back.
Why does this one necessary feature of a library app NO LONGER EXIST?!
I don’t know how, even after updating the app on a regular basis, it continues to be unable to connect with the library.
This is useless. I am a frequent library visitor / patron and having an app that is always down when I need it (can’t reserve books, check what books have come in, or access my card) is worthless.

Access to a LOT
Lets me load several lib cards at once to my account (family). Regular updates help it run smoothly. Glad to have this app!!
Filters no longer work
Sorry if I’m repeating what’s been written already (didn’t see it mentioned) but now when you search and try to filter the results nothing happens. I often search for a movie and get a lot of books with the same name. Your could filter by format with the last version, but not since the “update”
Terrible- just keeps crashing
I never write reviews but I’m hoping this will reach someone who can fix this! I love the library and use the app a lot to find and reserve materials. This new app had been slow but I was patient. Now, however, the app continually crashes and has stopped functioning altogether. It’s so frustrating to have this terrible quality app, from an otherwise delightful library system

App has stopped working
It is unusable.
Buggy and slow
Takes forever to load and now it just keeps randomly shutting down. I can’t place a hold and there is no information or support. The old

Doesn’t Work
I want to love this app but it doesn’t work! I have tried deleting it, deleting the data, restarting my phone, etc. please make the app reliable!
Still not working
App didn’t work all July 4th long weekend, deleted and reinstalled app, still not loading or opening past the intro “leaf” screen. Very glad I took a screenshot of my library card so I can at least check out books at the library.
Why can’t i see holdings anymore?
It’s not even a catalog anymore. What’s the point of a library app if pulling up an item in the search doesn’t let me find out what libraries have it and whether it’s available? Useless.

Doesn’t work on iOS at all even after a fresh install, clearing the cache, etc. Just hangs on startup.
Much slower and buggies than the old version
Wish they would just go back to how it was a year or two ago. Takes forever to load, crashes often, and the most recent update seems to have removed the ability to place holds so like what’s even the point of the app now

App is slow unresponsive and obtuse ui. Can you even place holds in the latest version? It’s trash and the library should get their money back from whoever built this garbage
Was slow, now broken
This app has always been slower than its predecessor. The latest update has completely broken it for me. I am perpetually stuck on the loading screen.

I love the library, and used to love the app. I’ve been patient, but It’s been getting slower and slower and now just won’t open at all. I’ve deleted and reinstalled and it still just hangs on a loading screen.

The newest update stinks. Can’t connect.
Stopped working
Can no longer log into the app nor use app to hold books. Upgrades seem to be full of bugs. Please fix!!!
