No reward
I have placed multiple orders and none of them show up on the app. I’ve never gotten 10% off for ordering through the app.
Wouldn’t let me checkout
The app itself worked okay but it didn’t let me check out even when I closed and open the app. It kept saying calculating local tax total. Bummer.
This app needs improvements
A drink I ordered said it wasnt available at the particular location, so when I got there, it was available. Then, when I went to type in my credit card expiration date, it only gave August through September, so I couldn’t enter the to do either.
App not user friendly
I went to a Minuti location and found out they don’t accept using the app. I have location near me they do accept using the app. Except they can’t help me on how to use my free drink rewards.

Constant errors buggy mess
This app has worked once since I’ve downloaded it. Constant errors while checking out. Freezes while calculating local tax. Just a buggy app in general.
Love the coffee-hate the app
This app is VERY buggy. Takes forever to load ( IOS is up to date) and to date I have only been able to load it once-tried 4 different times and deleted app and reinstalled-no luck
Disappointed
The stores are incredible! The drinks are delicious when they seem to get them right. I’ve placed three different orders through the app in different locations and every single one has not been done how I have asked for it. Idk if it’s the description of order to the location itself or they are just rushing to get the orders completed but I’m just going to call the stores to put the orders in rather than using the app. I was so excited when I found out that the app was available now. But it’s been such a disappointment with these orders I just rather not.
