This company is trash. They sold products that still function but they ended the app used to pair them?
Hopefully I can see my battery life in another app but now I can't update my zones.

No support
That they refuse to support the older products is ridiculous, like a bait and switch. Here, buy our product, now watch us remove the app for it so that you have to buy a new product and use the new app.
Fuse no longer supported
I never felt so betrayed by a company before. Imagine screwing over the customers that bought and were loyal to your product! Sadly I really like my MIO-Fuse, but I will NEVER abut anything from this company again.
Add Mio Fuse support.
Totally lame behavior to get rid of old devices support. Absolutely unacceptable for the company looking after their reputation. Shame on you, guys.
App doesn’t work even with the MioPod
Although they say this App doesn’t work with Legacy old devices it doesn’t even work with the new one the MioPod. You can’t even create an account.

Являюсь обладателем браслета Mio Fuze,и не могу в полной мере его использовать,т.к компания решила произвести «ребрендинг» и кинуть своих покупателей.Старое приложение теперь не работает,а новое не поддерживает коннект со всеми прошлыми устройствами👎🏻

Lack of support. Can’t even get an email back.
I can’t even get the support group to email me back. I have a Velo I purchased just last fall and the GO app is no longer supported so I can’t change HR zones. This is their new app but it won’t support anything but the POD. It would have been nice if they had left the MIO GO app active. Time to switch heart rate monitors but I won’t be getting another Mio Labs monitor.

Mio fuse not supported like all the other old watches pretty bad. Get a new name if you won’t support the stuff of the „old“ company

So the app won’t open anymore? And I can’t find the developer website? Not cool.
App does not work and website is down with a 403 error
I will change this review when problem is fixed. I feel ripped off because I can’t use my device after paying good money for it.

Zero functionality since last bug fix
I have been unable to even open this app since prior to the last bug fix. Since then the country list has been restricted to China and the US. Which means I cannot even sign in to troubleshoot with MIO Support. Will change to another HRM if unable to use app and leverage data collection and analysis. Please restore service to Canada.
