It’s all broken now
While this app has been glitchy and buggy for years, in the last months it became completely unusable.
Latest is that the app says that I’m logged out, and it never logs me back in.

Poor design - now broken
Years of using this poorly designed app. Last update broke the app completely. Have to force close the app and restart it in order to get the device list.
It was nice while it worked
The app stopped working on my iPhone some time ago. No amount of troubleshooting will revive it. Strangely, the same app still works on my iPad.
Good app for price
Got my cam on Amazon to watch my front door area indoors. Two way communication. Saves videos automatically for you no complaints in that area frfr. Like every one says decent good app for the price ur paying for ur equipment compared to other companies where u need like a subscription fee or whatever etc. none of tht is rewuired with this. Video in color u can watch live zoom in. Use the speaker to say things to guests if needed. I personally never had any lagging problems. My cam moved around 360 so I could use the options to look around etc. was thinking bout adding more

constantly says annoying and never connects complete waste of time. Will not be using anymore.
App not working like it used to
Been using this app for many years to watch my grandpa through the camera. Never had an issue, now everytime I go in its say network unavailable and the video feed doesn't update. I have to press & hold to go to settings now everytime I go in to get it to update the video feed. I have it connected with a ethernet cable directly to my router. Its not my internet because all my other devices work well. This is ridiculous, fix this update or glitch.

Have two identical cams.
One connect beautifully and works wirelessly. The other only connects when hardwired and then only part of the time. Wondering if there’s a flash upgrade for the cameras which are quite old. I did get the cameras for Free so not really complaining. Just observing…

アプデ後ネットワーク繋がらなくなった
最悪です。SDカードを認識しなかったため仕方なくアップデートしたところネットワークが全く繋がらなくなった。今までは映像接続までほぼタイムレスで繋がったのに今ではアプリを開くたびネットワークが切れ、設定から再接続。完全なる改悪です。

Stopped working
This app has worked great for several years I have had it but now the past couple of days I can’t login or even get the support page to load. It keeps saying the network connection isn’t available but I’m definitely connected to WiFi and not having issues with anything else.
It no longer serves its purpose
I’ve had this camera for shift 5 years and this is the second time it’s malfunction now it’s taking me it’s not connected to my network and will not let me log in the app

後、カスタマーサポートがなってない。質問しても何も返信すらない。

Buffers and can’t log in
Most of the time I am unable to log in to view my camera feed. It just buffers. Please fix!
Storage
Customer online service isn't available. Purchased could storage but it's not recording so don't waste your $. If I could give zero stars I would have
Constant Ads just to see my home. Literally quit working, motion settings are completely gone.
Every single time I login to take a look around my house, I have to constantly see an ad every single time. I shouldn’t have an ad pop up every single time I login to look on my cameras. That’s ridiculous! One of the cameras quit working all of a sudden, no explanation. Stop with the ads every time!
