App is crashing and previous test not storing

App is crashing while trying to save the test result particularly on SVC test. Previous test results also disappearing and or not storing. Difficulty to navigate as well as to know all functions and see full test results. Very poor app function I have ever come across. I am using in Apple phone 16 pro max.

Crashing on SVC test

This used to be a fantastic app, used every day to check my lungs.
Version 2.5.0 though crashes every time I try to save an SVC test! ;(

Values off

Ever since I updated the app the values are completely off. FVC, etc all for a person 3 years younger than me.

This app could be perfect!

If only the app transferred the best of three trials to Apple Health, instead of each and every one!

This should be an easy task for your developer/s because the Spirobank Smart app already saves the best readings from three trials.

I’m forced to go into each category in Apple Health to delete the lesser two trials.

Bug in version 2.2.6?

App crashes every time I do a spirometry test now. It will start the test but can’t complete as it crashes.

No instructions provided on how to use the device

The team is located in Italy and unfortunately the English version of the app provides unclear informations on how to take a measurement.

I read the user manual booklet as well as the small 5 steps getting started sheet, same issue. I still don’t know how to take a proper measurement. How about hiring a native speaker to write proper English or create a video showing a person taking a measurement?
