K health ended
I just joined Mira thinking I can get care and prescription refills. I paid 135 for 3 months and the app doesn’t work at all. The site is not user friendly. When I am on talk to Mira, it won’t take my input. This really sucks and I want my money back now.
Easy to use
Ease of use is important as many of my patients are elderly and most of whom live by themselves. I was able to download and set up in a matter of minutes and went through the questionnaire pretty quickly. I like the calendar on the main page and the ability to find providers nearby. I also like that it provides reminders for medication refills and doctor’s appointment. I will be recommending Mira to my patients and other healthcare providers!
