First, try Settings → Restore Purchases in the app (signed in with the Apple ID you paid with), then close and reopen it; that resolves the "subscription not found" message in most cases. If it still doesn't unlock, reach out anytime via Settings → Contact Support in the app we'll restore your access and make sure you don't lose the days you paid for. We're here to help.
