“Out of sync”
I can’t even play this game because every time I load it up, it says out of sync. I’ve watched a dozen YouTube videos and none of them have helped. And looking at everybody else’s comments, I’m glad it doesn’t work
Broken Economy & Spin Wheel is a scam
First and foremost, I've played with the spin wheel for a while, and it is 110% rigged, and I'm sorry but i'm not buying gems to make a little bit of money a little faster when the money system in the game makes quite literally no sense what so ever.
I can get about 40 coins every 30 minutes, that's just horrible lol, do you think people plan on playing this game their whole lives? The economy is messed up, prices don't make sense and it takes forever to get what you need in the game. I have spun the spin wheel for a week getting the same items over & over again, and it's just making me want to buy a spin for gems since that's the whole point which is just a scam.
You can't even get any actually decent buildings in the game without sending gems either, and there's hardly anyways of even getting gems without buying them. I'm sorry you guys are poor but it doesn't give you a reason to make others poor over in-game currency and a broken awarding system.
All-in-All, the game gets pretty old, pretty quick.

Like I said it's a great game ( I've been a fan of these developers since Miracle City 1) and I think its certainly worth an update every once in a while. New scenery, buildings & areas would be amazing. There are plenty of unused ideas in the original that could easily be incorporated into this game. Please yall.

Not happy
I loved playing this game, but something happened and I couldn’t play it anymore. I deleted the app then I downloaded it again and I’ve lost everything! I’ve had to completely start from the beginning. Not happy at all about this. If I could have given less than one star I would have.

What has happened to Miracle City 2. I’ve not been able to log in for this past week😪.
Fun game but...
I really enjoy playing this game and was in the seventies level and had a goal of buying one peony and I bought seven and it would not register. Tried contacting customer support but in game support AND the link on this page would not connect me with anyone. So I ended up just starting over. I am now at level seventeen and if I begin to have problems again will probably just delete. Have no patience for terrible customer service.
Removing the three stars I gave before. Still enjoy this game but there is absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Now having issues with the movie tickets not working but again cannot connect anywhere to get help.
Here we are almost six months later...never did get credit for purchasing the peony so I completely started over. Here I am again needing to buy a peony to complete a goal. Still not registering after purchasing ten! Obviously this company has no intentions of fixing the glitches in their apps! Also I have no more realms to expand but continue to get as daily quest.
Have email them about both of these issues with NO RESPONSE!

What happened to the bank building and why is there no dogs and cats. Animals, we need animals and more lit up buildings but a dog and cat would be nice..... Would add more zest to the game, make it so that the dog can do tricks and stuff.. Come on add some real life fun to this game...It is a very cool and neat city. I am an older lady living on a pension so I can’t afford to donate or buy things but to me this is the best game out there. I like how the city goes dark and the lights come on at night. You need a police department, fire department, apartment buildings, come on I’m trying to help..

Don’t waste your money on this game. It’s a scam.
Game stopped working completely. No one seems to care to help and fix the problem. After I tried to reset the game, It kept telling me the was a network problem. Tried to sign in with Facebook, it kept giving me an error.
I consider my spent $60 on this game equal to flushing it down the toilet.
If your game doesn’t work, please refund my money. I found a better places I can spend them on.
