Paid for the week
I paid for the week just try it out before I made the commitment to try it for a year. I loved the free trial however, as soon as I paid for the week, it has said that I don’t have a subscription that it cannot be found. it’s really disappointing to know that I paid for it and can’t use it at all. I was really excited for this app and would hope that they could resolve the issue in credit me the days that I haven’t been able to use yet, and I would be able to change my review.

Hi Alexandra, thank you for giving the app a try, and we're sorry for the trouble after your purchase we'd love to get this fixed for you. First, try Settings → Restore Purchases in the app (signed in with the Apple ID you paid with), then close and reopen it; that resolves the "subscription not found" message in most cases. If it still doesn't unlock, reach out anytime via Settings → Contact Support in the app we'll restore your access and make sure you don't lose the days you paid for. We're here to help.
