Login is working 1 out of 10 time
Seems after recent updates of app, login is not working should initializing 0% for long time .
Some day even 20 times re-open an app , still no use .. suddenly one time it will log in .

Not a good Transactions exp and need better clarify on Charges
I transferred 20 k through mobile app to my equity account the timer completed 5 mins and stuck, when I opened the account using web in my lap top shocked to see that has only 19 k and some change despite already had some balance in my account. I suspect there are some hidden charges still deducted by Sharekhan and I don’t get get notified why those charges are made

Unstable
Subsequent to updates, app has become unstable - often crashing on launch or accessing difference screens, making it very difficult to use.
Buying or Selling Order default exchange !!!

Why you are giving default buy or sell order in BSE Exchange Only ? For me, I am doing all my trading in NSE, because of your this new change, many time I am forgetting to change exchange and now my all shares are in two different exchanges which I don’t want. Are you trying to move everyone in BSE ? Plz give one time selection option to each customer and then let your App system to select default exchange in all types of trade.

Frequent log offs…
Poorly designed and maintained app which on many days frequently logs off forcing the users to log in again and again every few minutes. Complaints to the customer care are usually replied with a standard answer that the subscribers should log out, delete the app and install it again, register and so on, wasting more of our time. Trading in the stocks should be fast and seamless which Mirae Asset Sharekan should understand.

App Is not opening All the time
Sorry but the app is not functioning properly .Sometimes its not loading
App is full of bugs
1. Chart rotation is so quick that can not hold the chart in right position..even is simple tilt chart is rotating like hell
2. Chart flawless zoom in out not working
3. Only 5 tools to add in fav but they are again hiding underneath footstep
4. Drawing and other research works are very difficult as after putting some research on chart like rectangle box, trend line, risk reward ..etc. editing is nightmare
5. Please give an option that the research works done on tradetiger like chart plotting, drawing etc to be shown in mirae asset sharekhan..

Sharekhan App User
I am using this app for more than 5 years But after these updates 2 couple of months it has become very irritating. Doesn’t open in the first attempt . U hv to close it then try your luck again.
Prompts to update nominee information but when you click the next page never opens completely.
On the mutual fund home screen they hv removed “Today’s P&L” so you can’t track daily performance on app. So it’s overall downgrade Not upgrade.

Too many updates
Poor app with too many updates and crashes on the app
Service
App is good but service is very bad in terms of RM and site head Noida both are just looking for invest in the app rest no service and call done. I have made 18k monthly SIp in SK advised by SK Noida Site head Anmol but after a year plus my all sip in minus still in minus but now no call and suggestion received from Mr. Anmol. Rest I received call from Mum branch and I told about My sip the. They told me sir app aur dusri SIP le lejeye forget the old one. Even I purchased few sip by myself in my Kotak account and they all give me good return. As per me all RM and Site head of Noida location are uneducated related to Market also they only give wrong guidance of customer…..

Not working properly after changes on IPhone. 15 minutes chart not showing for nifty

I have been using this application for 4 years now and super frustrating at times. It is super slow and in today’s time feels outdated. Just now, it says update app to new version and when I got to App Store there is no new version to download…

I have upgraded it’s not allowing to login and saying to upgrade. I deleted and reinstalled again it says to upgrade.

Worst technical support help
It’s been more than 6 months that I was not having the control on my account for doing the trading on mutual funds.
Order issue
Not working at all and no support from them since last one year this issue arise especially in iPhone
Scam!! Worst app high brokerage lost my 1 lakh on brokerage fees only
Worst app and very poor team given by Sharekhan their strategy is very poor a 6th standard child will also predict what will happen,they are only scamming with high brokerage of buying a share for their profit ,they don’t think of your profit their aim is to only call and tell you to buy the share so that they will earn with high brokerage fees don’t ever try this app I have lost 1 lakh in brokerage fees only you will loss all your money on their worst prediction
